O Homem Verde wishes to provide you with the maximum possible control over the information that personally identifies you, as well as data regarding the payment methods used to make the bookings and payments for your stay in our establishment.
Customers can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the treatment of their personal data. When you request it, O Homem Verde allows you to access your personal information; delete your Personal Information from our Database and correct Personal Information that indicates it is wrong. Information and Personal Data
When you visit our site, we will not collect any Personal Information about you (including name, address, telephone number, billing information or email address) unless you voluntarily send it using the means of contact provided on the website. By using our website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of our current Privacy Policy, as explained in this section of the website. When making a booking at our establishment, personal data (name, date of birth, citizen / passport card number, nationality, tax number, telephone number, e-mail, address and bank and invoicing information) will be collected directly (in person, by phone, email or social media), and indirectly (through Partners and official entities).

Processing of personal data

What is the retention period of personal data?
